LCD DISPLAY INSTALLATION
液晶ディスプレイ設置作業
・Remove the tank cover by lifting seat and twisting tab loose. Lift up rear of cover and wiggle loose from front rubber grommets.
・シートを持ち上げタブをひねり離してタンクカバーを取り外します。カバー後方部を持ち上げて前方のゴムグロメットからゆすりながら離します。
・Remove stock dash which is held in place by two 4mm cap screws.
・2個の4mmキャップねじで正しい場所に取り付けられた純正メーターを取り外します。
・Tilt dash outwards and unplug deutsch connector by squeezing in tabs.
・純正メーターを外側へ傾けて、つまみをきつく握ってドイチェ社製のコネクターを引き抜きます。
・Wiggle dash outwards and to the driver side to free from mounting peg.
・ライダー向き(バイク後方向き)に取付ペグから邪魔にならないところまで純正メーターを外側へ揺り動かします。
・Remove left side cover by removing M6 cap screw and lifting cover upward to free the cover from the rubber
grommets (Figure 1).
・M6キャップねじを外して左側カバーを取り外します。そしてゴムのグロメットから邪魔にならないところまで上方向へカバーを持ち上げます。(図1参照)

・Mark handlebar location with a sharpie at handlebar clamp joint.
・ハンドルバーの位置をペンでハンドル取付留め具に印を付けます。
・Remove four M8 cap screws holding the handlebar clamp and lay handlebars down on frame with a rag to protect frame from scratching.
・ハンドルバー留め具を持ったままM8キャップねじ4本を取り外します。傷防止布を敷いたフレームの上にハンドルバーを外しておきます。
・Cut ziptie securing bundle of wires coming through upper triple tree.
・トリプルツリー上方から通してあるワイヤー固定束を留めているバンドを切ります。
・Realign the handlebars and secure the supplied plate by using the following torque sequence and four M8 cap screws provided.
・以下のトルク順序に従い製品添付のM8キャップねじを使ってハンドルバーの再取付と製品添付のバックプレートの固定を行います。
Torque Sequence:
トルク順序
・Tighten two front fasteners until cast-in spacers of upper clamp contact handlebar lower clamp.
・ハンドルバーの下留め具にくっつく上留め具のスペーサーがちょうど収まるまで前締め具2個をしっかり締めます。
・Tighten rear fasteners to 144-180 in/lbs.
・後ろ締め具を144から180 in/lbsのトルクでしっかり締めます。
・Final tighten front fasteners to 144-180 in/lbs. Slight gap up should exist at rear between upper and lower clamp.
・前留め具の増す締めを144から180 in/lbsのトルクで行います。上下留め具の間の後方にわずかな隙間があるべきです。
・Route the wire with the 2 plugs from the display down through upper triple tree along with handlebar wires down to behind the left side cover. Connect the 12 pin deutsch connector to the factory connector for the stock dash.
・2個のプラグがあるワイヤーを送ります。ディスプレイからトリプルツリー上部へ下通し、ハンドルバーのワイヤーから離して左カバーの陰に下通しします。12ピンのドイチェ社製コネクターを純正計器盤の純正コネクターに接続します。
・Attach display to backing plate using the supplied M4 cap screws.
・製品添付のM4キャップねじを使ってバックプレートに液晶ディスプレイを取付けます。
・Ziptie wires along with factory wires.
・純正ワイヤーから離してワイヤーを固定バンドでしっかり締めます。
・Install mode button by removing T-25 Torx screw on left or right cluster housing clamp (Figure 2). Install bracket behind stock T-25 screw and route wire through upper triple tree down behind left cover and connect to two pin connector from dash.
・T-25ヘックスグローブねじを外して左右どちらかのハウジング留め具にモードボタンを取付けます。(図2参照) T-25ヘックスグローブねじの陰にブラケットを取付けます。ワイヤーをトリプルツリー上部から左カバーの陰に下通しします。そして計器盤からの2ピンコネクターに接続します。

・Remove airbox cover by disconnecting IAT sensor connector and loosening 8 snap clips.
・IATセンサーを外しスナップクリップを8個緩めてエアボックスカバーを取り外します。
・Remove air filter cover wingnut, cover, and air filter.
・エアフィルター、エアフィルターカバー、エアフィルターを留めるウィングナットを取り外します。
・Remove 6 cap screws retaining velocity stacks.
・エアインテークのキャップねじ６個を取り外します。
・Remove breather hose from air/oil separator.
・空気/オイルセパレーターから吸気ホースを取り外します。
・Lift airbox bottom and pull rear breather hose from airbox.
・エアーボックス底部を持ち上げて、エアーボックスから吸気ホースを後方へ引き抜きます。
・Plug in 6 pin connector with wiring assembly to dash connector.
・計器盤のコネクターのワイヤーアッセンブリーに6ピンコネクターを繋ぎます。
・Route wiring assembly down along stock wiring harness.
・ワイヤーアッセンブリーを純正ワイヤーハーネスから離して下通しします。
・Connect yellow wire from dash harness to blue/orange wire on front ignition coil connector by stripping small amount of coating and solder wire to blue/orange, cover with electrical tape (Figure 3).
計器盤のハーネスからの黄色ワイヤーを前方イグニッションコイルコネクターの青橙色ワイヤーに接続します。接続はワイヤー被覆を剥いて青橙色ワイヤーへはんだ付けします。そして絶縁テープでカバーして下さい。(図3参照)

・Connect temp sensor wire to thermostat housing bolt (Figure 4).
・温度センサーワイヤーをサーモスタットのハウジングボルトに接続します。(図4参照)

・Route speed sensor cable under seat and leave momentarily.
・速度センサーをシート下部を通して仮配線します。
・Attach speed sensor to bracket using supplied bolt M6 x 16mm and 6mm nylon lock nut, leave loose until proper positioning is complete.
・製品添付のM6x16ミリねじと6ミリナイロン固定ナットを使って速度センサーをブラケットに取付けます。適切な取付位置になるように隙間を設けて取り付けたら作業は完成です。
・Remove rear brake caliper bolt and attach bracket with speed sensor and leave loose. Be sure sensor is in line with disc webs and has 1-3mm clearance between sensor face and rotor surface. Tighten bolts when desired position is achieved (Figure 5). ; (If adjustment is needed, bend bracket as required)
・後輪ブレーキキャリパーのねじを外して速度センサーを取付けたブラケットを隙間を設けて取り付けます。速度センサーはブレーキディスクに対して真っ直ぐに、速度センサー接点部分とブレーキローター表面の間に1から3ミリの隙間があるか確めて下さい。取付け位置が完了したらねじをしっかりと締めます。(図5参照) ; (調整が必要な場合、許容範囲内にブラケットを曲げて下さい。)

・Route cable along with brake hose and ziptie
・ケーブルを固定バンドとブレーキホースから離して通します。
・Route connector behind swing arm up behind the gas tank and underneath the seat and connect to wiring assembly.
・コネクターをスイングアーム上部、ガソリンタンクとシート底部に隠して通します。そしてワイヤーアッセンブリーと接続します。
・Be sure all wiring is securely ziptied and out of the way for reinstallation of airbox.
・すべての配線作業は固定バンドでしっかりと締めたかを確かめて下さい。そしてエアーボックス再設置方法を確めます。
・Install airbox in reverse order of disassembly.
・分解した時の逆手順でエアーボックスを設置します。
