SETTING THE LCD DISPLAY PARAMETERS
液晶ディスプレイ設定値の設定方法
ATTENTION! We recommend that the following set-up procedures are done with the use of a Dynamometer for the best results.
重要: 最良の結果を得るためには、シャシーダイナモを使用して以下の手順を行なう事をお奨めします。
・To enter the set-up mode press and hold the black lap timer button, switch on the ignition, the lap-timer section of the LCD Display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button and start the engine.
Do not switch off the ignition/engine during these set-up procedures unless instructed to do so. Each section to be programmed will flash on the display in turn.
セットアップモードに入るには、黒色のラップタイマーボタンを押しながらイグニッションを廻します。そうすると液晶ディスプレイ上のラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めます。(例えば、05 04 03 02 01 00….) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放してエンジンを始動します。
指示がない限りセットアップ作業中にイグニッションオフ、エンジンオフしてはいけません。プログラムされている各設定画面はディスプレイ上に順番で点灯表示されるようになっています。
(SAVING MODE SELECTIONは恐らく誤字で、正しくはSAVING MODE SECTION?)
SAVING MODE SELECTION: To save the parameters in each section and then move onto the next following programming section press and hold the black button, the lap-timer section of the LCD Display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button.
設定項目の保存方法: 黒色のボタンを押し続けると設定を保存して次の設定画面に移動出来ます。液晶ディスプレイ上のラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めます。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放して下さい。
・To change between KMH and MPH press the black button to select the desired indication. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
キロ表示とマイル表示の切り替えは、希望の表示が出るまで黒色ボタンを押します。表示が出たらそのまま黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
NOTE: The words
FUEL LOW will now be displayed on the LCD Display and the word OFF will be displayed in the distance section.
注意：「燃料少」表示は液晶ディスプレイ上に表示されますが、「燃料無」は距離計の中に表示されます。
・To enable the low fuel level indication momentarily press the black button, the number 50 will now be displayed in the distance section, (this number indicates that the low fuel level warning will come on at 50 miles). To increase the distance the low fuel level warning indication comes on momentarily press the black button, the number 50 will change to 60 to indicate that the low fuel level warning will come on at 60 miles. You can repeat this procedure and raise the low fuel level indication up to 200 miles, after this OFF will be displayed indicating that the low fuel indication will be disabled, further momentary presses of the black button will start the sequence again. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
「燃料少」をちょっとの間表示させたい場合は黒ボタンを押して下さい。距離計の中に「50」と言う数字が表示されます。(この数字は「燃料少」表示が残り50マイルで表示される事を意味します)
「燃料少」の警告表示の表示距離を変更するには黒色ボタンを押してください。「50」から「60」に表示が変わり、設定が「60」(マイル)になります。
この手順を繰り返すと「燃料少」表示が出てくるタイミングは最大200マイルまで増やす事が出来ます。OFF表示時が出た時は燃料少表示機能がオフになります。さらに黒ボタンを押せばこの設定モードが繰り返し表示されます。表示が出たら黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
NOTE: When you first enter the next tacho/RPM section check to see if the LCD Display is showing the correct tacho/RPM before pressing the black button. Each time the black button is pressed this will half the number of RPM pulses being read by the LCD Display and the tacho/RPM reading will change accordingly.
注意: まず最初に以下のタコメーター/回転数の設定に入る場合、黒いボタンを押す前に液晶ディスプレイが正しい回転数を表示しているかを調べてください。黒ボタンが押されていると、エンジン回転数は液晶ディスプレイに読み取られて、それに伴いタコメーター/回転数表示も変わります。
・To adjust the tacho/RPM reading to the correct engine idle RPM press the black button once at a time until the correct tacho/RPM is being shown on the LCD Display. NOTE: zero button presses may be necessary. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
エンジン・アイドル回転数を調整する為のタコメーター調整するには、液晶ディスプレイに正しい回転数が表示されるまで黒色ボタンを押し続けて下さい。注意: 必要に応じてゼロ表示で黒色ボタンを押して下さい。そして黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
NOTE: In the next section the LCD Display will show double the actual engine RPM's in 'real time', this is done so the shiftlight indication point can be set without over revving the engine.
注意: 次のセクションでは、液晶ディスプレイは実際の2気筒エンジン回転数をリアルタイムで2せっていするために表示します。これはオーバーレブしないでシフトライト表示がセットできるようになります。
・To set the approximate shiftlight indication point increase the engine RPM's until you see the desired shiftlight indication RPM number shown on the display, hold the engine RPM's steady and press the black button once to set the indication point. NOTE: after a second or two you will see the RPM on the display reduce again to double the 'real time' engine RPM. You can set this approximate shiftlight indication point as many times as necessary. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
およそのシフトライト表示ポイントは、液晶ディスプレイ上に表示されるエンジン回転数までエンジン回転数を上げることで設定しなおすことが出来ます。エンジン回転数を上げてアクセルを止めます。そして黒ボタンを1回押すとそこで設定されます。
注意: 上記を設定の1,2秒後に液晶ディスプレイ上のエンジン回転数はリアルタイムエンジン回転数へ再度減り始めます。必要に応じて何度もおよそのシフトライト表示ポイントは設定しなおせます。設定し直したら黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。

正しいエンジンアイドル回転数にタコメーターを調整するには、液晶ディスプレイ上に正しい回転数が表示されるまで黒色ボタンを押して下さい 。注意: 必要に応じてゼロ表示で黒色ボタンを押して下さい。
・To fine tune the shiftlight indication point press the black button once at a time until the actual shiftlight indication point is reached. NOTE:
You may need to re-enter set-up mode again if you made a mistake in the previous section 5, as this adjustment is plus or minus 500 RPM. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
最適なシフトライト表示調整するためには、実際のシフトライト表示が合うところまで黒色ボタンを押して下さい。
注意: 調整幅はプラスマイナス500rpmです。もし前項5で設定ミスがあった場合は再設定が必要になるかも知れません。再設定したら黒色ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
WARNING! The rear wheel/wheels will be rotating in each gear at speed during the following.
警告：以下項の作業における速度域では、どのギアポジションでもずっと後輪/全輪が回っています。
・To set the speed indication you must operate the motorcycle at a known steady 30 mph/48 kmh. Once you have
reached this speed press the black button. If you have made a mistake you can set the speed indication again during this section of the set-up procedure by repeating this process. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
スピード表示を設定するには、時速30マイル(時速48km)に固定してバイクを操作しなければなりません。一旦このスピード(時速30マイル(時速48km))に到達したら黒ボタンを押します。設定ミスしたらこの手順を繰り返すことでもう一度設定しなおす事が出来ます。設定し直したら黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
・To set the gear indication each gear to be programmed will flash on the display. Select 1st gear, release the clutch, increase the engine RPM's to approximately half of the RPM range of the engine and hold the RPM's steady, then press the black button once to program 1st gear selection, number 2 will now flash, select 2nd gear, hold the engine RPM's steady again at half of the RPM range, then press the black button and continue until you have reached and programmed the gearboxes top gear. Now allow the engine to idle and select neutral. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
毎ギアごとにディスプレイ上でインジケーターが光るようにプログラムするには、ギアを1速に選んで、クラッチを放して、エンジン回転範囲のおよそ半分まで エンジン回転数をあげてエンジン回転数をそのまま固定します。そして黒色ボタンを1回押します。そうすると1速が記憶されます。
次に2番のインジケーターが光ったら、ギアを2速に選んでエンジン回転範囲の半分のところでもう一度エンジン回転数をそのまま固定して黒色ボタンを押します。この動作をトップギアに行くまで続けます。終わったらエンジンをアイドルにしてギアをニュートラルにします。設定したら黒色ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
・To change between Fahrenheit and Centigrade readings press the black button to select the desired indication. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
華氏温度計と摂氏温度計の切り替えは、表示したい機能の表示を選んで黒色ボタンを押してください。設定したら黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
・To set the oil pressure loss indication parameters press the black button. Now press and hold the black button… see SAVING MODE SELECTION
油圧低下(損失)表示計をセットするには黒色ボタンを押して下さい。設定したら黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。・・・設定保存方法は「設定項目の保存方法」を参照して下さい。
・To set the backlight color parameters press the black button to toggle between
RED and
BLUE backlighting.
バックライトの色を設定するには、赤、青のバックライトに切り替えて黒ボタンを押して下さい。
・To save the backlight color parameters and authenticate the entire LCD Display parameters press and hold the black button. Once the lap-timer section of the LCD Display has counted down again ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00 the LCD Display will be programmed and will be in normal run mode.
バックライト色の設定保存と液晶ディスプレイに設定した全情報を見るには黒ボタンを押し続けて下さい。液晶ディスプレイのラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めます。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 液晶ディスプレイはプログラムされ、そのままノーマルモードとして動作します。
FINE TUNING THE LCD DISPLAY PARAMETERS
最適な液晶ディスプレイ設定について
If you wish to make minor adjustments to any of the LCD Display parameters this can be done by entering the set-up mode again. You can re-adjust any of the settings within each section of the LCD Display mentioned in
SETTING THE LCD DISPLAY PARAMETERS.
液晶ディスプレイ表示の微調整を希望する場合、セットアップモードから再設定が出来ます。本マニュアル上記記載の液晶ディスプレイ設定方法内の項目が再調整出来ます。
・To skip a section and move straight onto the next section without altering the parameters in the indicated flashing section press and hold the black button, the lap-timer section of the LCD Display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button and you will move to the next section without making any alterations. This sequence can be repeated until you reach a section of the LCD Display parameters you wish to adjust.
ある項目をスキップしたい又は表示・点灯している設定値を保存しないで直接次のセクションに行くには、黒色ボタンを押して液晶ディスプレイ上のラップタイ マーをカウントダウンさせます。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放せば保存なしで次の設定項目へ移れます。あなたが表示したいと希望する液晶ディスプレイの項目が表示されるまで、この手順を何回でも繰り返す事が出来ます。
・Once in the section you wish to adjust carry out the new setting as described in SETTING THE LCD DISPLAY
PARAMETERS and save the new setting by pressing and holding the black button, then the lap-timer section of the Micro Dash will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button. You can now continue to make an adjustment in the next section or simply switch off the ignition/engine to save and authenticate the new settings.
一旦このマニュアルに記載されているような調整したい項目を新しく設定し、黒ボタンを押し続けて設定を保存しすると、小さいダッシュメーターのラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めます。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放します。そうすると引き続き次の項目が設定出来ます。あるいは単にイグニッションオフかエンジンオフで新しいデータが保存し認証されます。
USING THE TRIP METER
トリップメーター使用方法
To enter the trip meter press and hold the black button, switch on the ignition, wait until LCD Display countdown to 03, ie; 05, 04, 03, then release black button at this point. To reset the trip meter press and hold the black button, the lap-timer section of the LCD Display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button. If you wish the LCD Display to run in trip meter mode instead of total distance mode press the black button until the lap-timer section of the LCD Display counts down to number 03 then release the black button at this point.
DISTANCE A will now be displayed to indicate trip distance display mode. You can toggle between trip distance and total distance modes pressing black button until dash countdown to 03, ie; 05, 04, 03, then release black button. To exit the trip meter memory simply switch off the engine.
トリップメーターをセットするには、黒ボタンを押しながらイグニッションを廻して下さい。液晶ディスプレイのカウントダウンが「03」が表示されるまで待って下さい。（例えば 05 04 03）そして「03」が表示されたら黒ボタンを放して下さい。
トリップメーターをリセットするには、黒色ボタンを押します。そうすると液晶ディスプレイのラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めま す。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったたら黒ボタンを放して下さい。もし液晶ディスプレイにオドメーター代わりにトリップメーターをそのまま表示させたい時は、また黒ボタン を押して下さい。もう一回液晶ディスプレイのラップタイマー部分がカウントダウンし始めますので、「03」が表示されたら黒ボタンを放して下さい。
デフォルトはトリップメーターAが距離計モードに表示されます。カウントダウンが「03」まで黒色ボタンを押すことでトリップメーターとオドメーターを切り替えることが出来ます。(例えば 05 04 03) 「03」になったらボタンを放してください。トリップメーターから抜ける(=オドメーターに戻る)にはそのままエンジンを切ります。
RESETTING THE LOW FUEL INDICATION
「燃料少」表示の再設定
ATTENTION! For best results the low fuel indication must be reset after refueling (full tank).
注意: 最適に「燃料少」表示をさせるには満タンにしてからリセットしてください。
・To reset the low fuel indication (with the ignition on and not in set-up mode) press and hold the black button, the lap-timer section of the LCD Display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, after 5 seconds FUEL RESET will be displayed in the left hand side of the dash, at this point release the black button to reset the low fuel indication.
「燃料少」をリセットするには、（イグニッションはオン、セットアップモードには入る必要なし）黒色ボタンを押し続けて下さい。ラップタイマーボタン部分がカウントダウンし始めます。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 5秒後に「FUEL RESET」の文字がダッシュメーターの左端に表示されます。この「FUEL RESET」の文字が表示されたときに、黒ボタンを放すと「燃料少」がリセットされます。
DIMMING THE SHIFTLIGHTS
シフトライトの減光方法
・At any time during normal vehicle operation (with the ignition on and not in set-up mode) the shiftlight array can be dimmed for poor light conditions and night time use. Press and hold the black button until the lap timer section of the LCD Display counts down to 03, ie; 05, 04, 03, then release the black button at this point. The new shiftlight illumination intensity will now be displayed. You can toggle between SHIFTLIGHTS HIGH and SHIFTLIGHTS LOW by repeating this procedure.
通常運転時(但しイグニッションオンかつセットアップモードでない時)ならいつでも操作可能です。シフトライトは光が弱い環境や夜間走行用に減光することが出来ます。LCDディスプレイのラップタイマーがカウントダウンして「03」になるまで黒色ボタンを押し続けて下さい。(例えば 05 04 03) カウントダウンが「03」になったらボタンを放して下さい。
シフトライトの彩度はすぐに反映されます。シフトライトの明暗はこの手順を繰り返す事でいつでも切り替えられます。
OPERATING THE LAP TIMER
ラップタイマー操作方法
・When you reach a point on the circuit like the start/finish line simply press the black button to register each lap time. Each Lap time will be displayed momentarily for 3 seconds for on-the-fly viewing. Once you have finished your race or session switch off the ignition.
サーキット場のスタートライン・ゴールラインのような場所を走行した時、単に黒ボタンを押すだけで毎ラップ記憶されます。記憶されたラップタイムは、毎ラップごとに3秒間(オンザフライ方式でメモリーに書きながら)一旦レースを終えるかイグニッションオフにするまで表示されます。
・To view the stored lap times switch the ignition on, then press and hold the black button, the display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button, the lap number will be shown above each lap time. To view the next lap time press the black button once and so on for each lap time.
蓄積されたラップデータを見るには、イグニッションオンして黒ボタンを押し続けるとディスプレイのカウントダウンが始まります(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00)、0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放して下さい。ボタンを放すとラップ数とタイムが表示されます。(上がラップ、下がタイム）) 次のラップタイムを見るには黒ボタンを1回押してください。後は1回押すごとにラップとタイムが表示されます。
・To erase stored laps in the memory press and hold the black button once more until the display counts down ie:05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button, the lap timer display will now flash 5 times and the memory will have been erased. Note: if you do not wish to erase the memory after you have finished viewing the stored lap times simply switch off the ignition. The LCD Display will now be ready to commence with new sessions.
蓄積されたラップデータを消去するには、ディスプレイがカウントダウンされるまで黒ボタンを1回押し続けて下さい。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放して下さい。ラップタイマーが5回点滅した後にメモリーは消去されます。注釈: 記憶されたデータを見た後で記憶されたデータを消したくない時は、そのままイグニッションをオフして下さい。このLCDディスプレイはそのまま新しい次のセッションを開始出来るようになっています。
・Further consecutive lap times/sessions will be added to the end of the previous stored sessions. A maximum of 99laps can be stored in the memory. Note: If FULL is displayed in the lap timer section then the memory will need to be erased to store any further lap times.
付け加えると、連続したタイムやセッションは蓄積された前のセッションの終わりに自動的に追記されます。最大99ラップまで記憶されます。注釈: ディスプレイのラップタイマー部分に「FULL」と表示されたら、過去のデータをいくつか消さないと新しいラップがメモリー出来ません。
NOTE: You can switch between the lap-timer and fuel mileage indication feature of the LCD Display by following the next procedure.

・To enable/disable the lap-timer function, switch the ignition on, then press and hold the black button, the display will countdown ie: 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, when zero is reached release the button, any stored lap times may be displayed.
ラップタイマーの有効/無効は、黒ボタンを押したままイグニッションオンします。ディスプレイのカウントダウンが始まります。(例えば 05 04 03 02 01 00) 0(ゼロ)になったらボタンを放して下さい。記憶されたラップタイムが表示されます。
・To move to the enable/disable feature press and hold the black button once more until the display counts down to 03, ie: 05, 04, 03, release the black button, the current state of the lap-timer/fuel mileage indication will be displayed,enter ON or OFF. Each momentary press of the black button will toggle between on and off. Once you have chosen the desired setting simply switch off the ignition.
有効/無効のフィーチャーに移るには、ディスプレイがカウントダウンし始めるまで黒ボタンを押し続けます。(例えば 05 04 03) 3になったらボタンを放します。ラップタイマーか燃料走行距離の現在の状況が表示されます。そしたらONかOFFに入ります。軽くボタン1押しごとに、オンとオフを切り替えられます。設定を選んだらそのままイグニッションオフにして下さい。そうすると保存されます。
